Q: Can you deliver?
A: Yes, we can (delivery prices vary)
Q: Do you have a money back guarantee?
A: All returns must be done within a week of purchase. Once plant or tree has been taken out of it's pot, we cannot take the plant back
Q: Can I put plants or trees on hold and pick them up later?
A: Plants and trees can be held up to one week, but must be paid for up front.
Q: Can I purchase online then pick up later?
A: Yes you can or we can deliver them for you. Plants and trees can only be help up to a week. If order is canceled, we must charge a 10% restocking fee.
Q: Can you plant my trees for me?
A: Yes gladly. Must be a minimum order of $150. We only plant plants and trees 5 gallons or more.
Q: How do we get to your nursery?
A: Give us a call to make an appointment. All customers must make an appointment. This way we can focus more on your needs.
Q: You do not have the plant I am looking for. Can you get it?
A: We can get almost any plant or tree and almost any amount.
Q: How come you do not have your address listed.
A: Our nursery is by appointment only. This way we can focus on your needs personally.
